• Duty Slip Generation.
Duty Slip Generation system is used for leaving the vehicle, at that time Vehicle, Driver, Customer details, Journey Place, Starting KM, Starting time required. After return of the vehicle Driver will submit the duty slip with Ending KM, Return Time, Advance taken or any other charges if any.
• Bill Generation.
After giving ending KM, ending time we can generate Bill. It is a matter of few clicks. It is automatically transfer the billing amount to Customer account and to vehicle owner account.
• Payment Collection.
At the time of collection of payment from Customer we can giving Money Receipt to Customer. Customer outstanding will clear bill wise.
• Payment to Vehicle Owner.
We can given payment to Vehicle Owner by Cash or by Bank. It will clear Vehicle wise and Bill wise.
• Customer Outstanding Report.
We can generate Summery & Detail report of Customer Outstanding. In summary report Customer Name, Tel.No., Opening Balance, Total Bill Amount, Total Collection Amount, Balance Outstanding will available. From Detail report Bill wise detail statement will available.
• Vehicle Owner Outstanding Report.
We can generate Summary and Detail report vehicle wise. In summary report Vehicle No., Opening Balance, Total Bill Amount, Total Payment Amount, Balance Outstanding will available. From Detail report Bill wise detail statement will available.
• Commission Statement.
Commission Statement will show the net commission amount received Bill wise.
• Cash Flow Statement.
This Statement will show the detail receipt and payment statement of a specified period.
• Bill Register.
It will show all the Bills generated in a particular period.
• Pending Duty Slip Statement..
It will show the Duty Slips those are Bill not Generated.
